You have 15 days to return any in-stock item from the date you received it. Special order items are not returnable.  Items to be held more than 15 days are subject to store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is your responsibility to make arrangements to have the items returned to the showroom.  Please bring your receipt to expedite your refund or credit.  


Refunds are allowed on any in-stock item within 15 days of receiving it.  Item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.  It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to the showroom. No refunds on delivery costs. Refunds will be credited in the same manner in which you paid for them.  Refunds for cash purchases will be made within 5 days by check. Refunds to your credit card may take several days to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution’s guidelines.


We are happy to provide assistance with your delivery arrangements by using one of our trusted in-home delivery companies. The cost of delivery is the customer’s responsibility. You may obtain this cost prior to purchase by requesting it from your salesperson at the time of sale. Should you return your item after delivery, you will be responsible for paying the delivery costs for returning it. Delivery costs are non-­refundable.
